Payment and Refund Policy

Published version: zampini-2026-10-02-v1 · Effective when posted

Purchases and tips

Zampini LLC displays the price and the included service before payment. You authorize the displayed charge and any disclosed tax when you confirm the purchase. A generation request, priority placement, video add-on, and file delivery are separate services unless the offer expressly bundles them. No recurring charge is authorized by these terms alone. Tips are voluntary and do not purchase priority or a guaranteed result.

Cancellations and completed work

You may request cancellation before work begins. If we receive the request before generation or other purchased work starts, we will refund that service charge. Once custom generation begins, a change of mind or dissatisfaction with an otherwise substantially conforming artistic result does not by itself require a refund. This does not excuse a material failure to provide the advertised service or limit mandatory refund rights.

Failed or missing services

If we cannot provide a purchased service, we will offer a reasonable retry or refund the undelivered portion; you may choose a refund rather than a replacement. A priority fee will be refunded if the purchased priority benefit is not provided before the event ends, unless you agree to a different resolution. A priority purchase does not override content rules. If we reject a request, we may offer an acceptable replacement; if no paid service is delivered, we refund the undelivered portion.

We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges. Refunds normally go to the original payment method, and the payment provider controls posting time. We do not deduct an undisclosed processing fee from a refund we owe. Voluntary tips are generally final, except for errors, unauthorized transactions, or legal requirements.

How to request help

Notify the on-site Zampini LLC operator promptly when possible, or write to Zampini LLC, Attn: Customer Support, 14977 Topgallant St., Corpus Christi, TX 78418. Include your event date, receipt or request identifier, the issue, and a way to respond. Prompt notice helps us investigate but does not reduce your statutory or payment-provider dispute rights. Never mail your full card number. A separately signed event agreement may set event booking and cancellation terms.
