Content Rights and Complaint Policy

Published version: zampini-2026-10-02-v1 · Effective when posted

Respect for rights

Zampini LLC prohibits unauthorized copying, voice impersonation, misleading endorsements, and misuse of a person’s image or private information. Users must have the rights and permissions required for their submissions. AI generation does not establish that a result is original, copyrightable, or cleared for commercial use. We may restrict access and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Reporting a concern

Write to Zampini LLC, Attn: Content Rights, 14977 Topgallant St., Corpus Christi, TX 78418. Identify the content or request, the event date or available URL, the right or concern involved, and how we can contact you. For unauthorized voice or image use, identify the affected person and explain your authority to act if reporting for someone else. Provide only information reasonably needed to investigate.

For a copyright complaint, include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list; identification and location of the challenged material; your address, telephone number, and email if available; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

We will review sufficiently specific complaints and take appropriate action, which may include disabling content, preserving necessary records, contacting the submitter, or requesting clarification. Complaint information may be shared as needed to investigate or meet legal obligations. Affected users may send an explanation or request for reconsideration to the same address. Where a statutory counter-notice process applies, we will provide the relevant instructions. This policy does not claim that Zampini LLC has a registered DMCA agent or automatically qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.
